Ryan Garvey

Managing Partner and Senior Attorney at Ryan Garvey Attorneys, is a highly aggressive and successful litigator.

Ryan began his career serving at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington D.C., later for Preston Gates & Ellis, Bill Gates Sr.'s complex litigation firm in Seattle, Washington. There he worked on the national landmark Microsoft v. Sun Microsystems case. Next he worked for the Firm Hendricks & Lewis where he worked closely with lead counsel on the Nirvana LLC litigation successfully representing the estate of the late Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain.

Ryan then entered the arena of Criminal Law as a Deputy County Prosecuting Attorney where he litigated thousands of criminal matters and left that post with an undefeated record at trial. His experience as a former Biochemist and Cancer Research Biologist at the world-renowned Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center proved invaluable in giving him a significant advantage in analyzing each case, securing successful outcomes in the courtroom.

Mr. Garvey now focuses his efforts in the field of Criminal Law and DUI Law, both Misdemeanor, and minor and major Felony Litigation. Ryan has been practicing for nearly two decades and has won numerous state and national legal awards for the high degree of customer service he provides to his clients and as well for the high degree of skill level and success he brings to each and every case he undertakes.
